{URGENT} I need to call this out immediately...

The one lie holding women back that almost no one is talking about...

Hey Verbalizer,

There’s one lie I’ve noticed that holds so many women between the ages of 35 and 55 back more than anything.

And it doesn’t get talked about enough.

I’ve seen it silence women in workshops I’ve facilitated.

I’ve heard it again and again in coaching sessions.

And honestly? I’ve fallen for it myself, so today I want to address it.

Here’s what usually happens:

Someone makes a point that sounds like the one you were about to share…

And in that split second, you convince yourself of the lie that your voice doesn’t matter.

So you stay quiet.

Sound familiar?

Well, here’s a perspective shift that has really helped other women I’ve shared it with:

When you echo a point someone else has already made, you’re not just repeating.

You’re underlining it. Making it bold. Highlighting it in a way only you can.

Because no one else has your story.

No one else carries your lens.

No one else can frame it the way you do.

Think about it like this…

When an artist covers a song, it’s not just repetition.

It’s their interpretation (which is often even better than the original 😅😅😅).

So that thought you’re holding back… it’s not “already covered.”

Not until you filter it through your wisdom.

Not until you connect it to your lived experience.

Not until you speak it through your truth.

The world doesn’t need your silence. It needs your unique perspective.

So here’s my challenge for you:

Before your next meeting, write down ONE truth you know for sure. Just one.

Then share it (even if someone says something “kind of” similar)

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn’t to say something new…

It’s to repeat something true.

To anyone who can relate to this, I’m curious to know…

Does this perspective shift help you? Or do you still feel resistance when you think about speaking up second?

Hit reply and let me know - I’d love to hear your thoughts 😁😁😁

‘Ronke
