The lie we tell ourselves about powerful women's voices

That quiet voice in your head? It's telling stories that aren't true...

There's this myth floating around that to make an impact, you need to be the loudest voice in the room.

But here's what I've noticed after years of working with dozens of brilliant women...

The most powerful presence isn't always the loudest and let me explain why…

You see, being "loud" with your values doesn't mean shouting them. It means living them so clearly that they echo in every choice you make.

Being "loud" with your vision doesn't mean announcing it constantly. It means holding it so firmly that it shapes how you show up.

Being "loud" with your presence doesn't mean taking up all the space. It means owning the space you're in - fully, unapologetically.

Think about it...

When was the last time you felt someone’s presence in a room?

Was it because they were loud?

Or was it because they were clear? Intentional? Present?

I say all this to say…

Impact isn't about volume…

It's about clarity. It's about intention. It's about alignment.

And sometimes... The quietest voice carries the loudest truth.

So let me ask you…

What does being "loud" with your values look like for you?

Love, Laughter & Light,

'Ronke

P.S. Remember: Your presence is already speaking. Let's make sure it's saying what you want it to say.
