Stop trying to be fearless (do this instead)

The hidden truth about showing up that no one will tell you...

I heard a really powerful phrase the other day:

When fear is what we are feeling, brave is what we are doing.”

Let that sink in for a moment. ✨

Because here's what we often get wrong:

We think brave people don't feel fear.
We think confident people don't get nervous.
We think powerful people don't have doubts.

But that's a lie.

The truth?

They feel ALL of it.

The racing heart.
The shaky voice.
The sweaty palms.

But they've learned something crucial:

Fear and brave can share the same space. 💫

They can exist in the same moment.
They can live in the same breath.
They can show up in the same meeting.

The distance between them?

That's up to us.

But here's what fascinates me most about fear and bravery:

There's actually a precise moment when everything shifts.

A specific trigger point where fear transforms into power.

I've been exploring this for a while now.

And what I've discovered is surprising.

It's not about eliminating the fear.

It's not about pushing through it.

It's not even about "feeling the fear and doing it anyway."

It’s something so subtle yet profound that when I first discovered it, it changed everything about how I show up.

(And now I watch it transform how my clients show up too.)

It's become the foundation of my first Power Shift. And it's just one of six transformational techniques I've developed.

I break down this exact technique (plus the other 5 game-changers) in my Power Shifts Masterclass.

P.S. Remember: The distance between fear and bravery? It's shorter than you think. Let me show you why... ✨
