Please don't take this personally 😅
You definitely DON't want to hear this, but that's why you probably need to...
Let me get straight to the point…
You can have the perfect idea.
The sharpest insights.
The most brilliant contribution.
But if it never leaves your lips?
It doesn’t matter.
I know that’s probably struck a nerve 😅😅😅
But it’s because it’s the truth.
Your voice is not just sound…
It’s your presence, your authority, and your impact.
Yet too many women - brilliant, capable, extraordinary women - still choose silence.
That ends here.
Because the moment you decide to Find, Own, Use, and Raise your voice…
…everything changes.
F – Find Your Voice
Awareness is the beginning.
Record yourself speaking this week. Not a perfect pitch… just a casual five minutes. Listen back.
Does it sound like the woman you want remembered in that room? If not…good. That’s your starting point.
O – Own Your Voice
Confidence doesn’t fall from the sky. It’s built. Stand tall. Breathe deep. Decide that your voice is worthy of space…
Because it is.
U – Use Your Voice
Your instrument has five strings: Melody. Rate. Volume. Tonality. Pause.
Play with one this week. Add variety to your pitch. Slow down to command attention. Smile while you speak and notice how your sound changes.
Small tweaks. Massive shifts.
R – Raise Your Voice
This isn’t about shouting. It’s about showing up. Speaking with intention. Claiming your seat at the table WITHOUT apology.
When you raise your voice, you don’t just contribute. You lead. You influence. You change the room.
So let me ask you…
Are you going to keep whispering your way through meetings?
Or are you finally ready to raise your voice and claim your space?
The choice is yours. ✨
