Confidence is a SCAM

I had to learn this the hard way...

Hey Verbalizer,

Most women think they have a confidence problem.

They don't.

And once you see what's actually running the show, the whole thing shifts.

You know the moment.

You're in the meeting. The boardroom. The dinner. The team call.

Someone says the thing you were about to say. And lands it. And you smile, because what's the point now.

Or worse, you do speak. And your voice comes out smaller than the thought that was sitting inside you.

I've watched this happen with women at Google.

At Barclays.

At Imperial.

At LSE.

Brilliant, senior, deeply capable women.

And every single one of them blames the same thing: confidence.

So they go off and try to fix it.

More books. More frameworks. More mirror practice.

And nothing actually shifts.

Because the problem was never confidence.

It's intention.

Confidence is something you wait for.

Intention is something you choose.

Confidence asks, "Am I ready?"

Intention asks, "What is mine to say here?"

One keeps you in your seat. The other walks you to the front of the room.

It's not the words. Not the volume. Not the perfect opening line.

It's the intention behind them.

When your voice is anchored in intention, 3 things change.

You stop performing, and start contributing.

You stop softening your message, and start trusting it.

You stop waiting for permission, and start giving it to yourself.

That's the shift.

And it starts with one question.

Before your next meeting (or your next call, your next dinner, your next "small" moment that's actually a big one), ask yourself this:

"What is the one thing I want this room to walk away with?"

No script. No rehearsal. Just one anchor.

You'll feel the difference immediately. Your shoulders drop. Your voice steadies. You stop fishing for words, because you already know what you came to land.

That one question is the doorway.

But I had to learn it the hard way.

A few years ago, during the unrest after George Floyd's murder, voices were everywhere.

Opinions. Anger. Pain. Noise.

In the middle of all of it, my son walked into the room, looked at me, and asked,

"Mum… what are you saying?"

And I froze.

Not because I didn't care.

Not because I didn't have a view.

But because the noise of everyone else's voices had drowned out my own.

That was the moment I stopped chasing confidence, and started building intention.

And it's exactly why I created the Speak With Intention Bundle.

For the women who've already done the work.

The reading. The journalling. The "owning your power" courses.

And who still hear their voice come out smaller than the thought.

This isn't a “confidence course.” There are enough of those.

It's a complete training in voice, anchored in 3 pillars: Courage, Clarity, Conviction.

Inside the bundle, you will get:

The “Speak With Intention” Masterclass (normally £197 on its own)

BONUS: A written guide you'll come back to, and find something new in each time

BONUS: A workbook that pulls the work out of you, gently and honestly

The whole bundle is £45 right now. Not because the value dropped, but because I want it to be accessible to as many women as possible.

Your voice isn't waiting for confidence.

It's waiting for PERMISSION .

What's the one thing you've been quietly waiting to say out loud? 👀

Love, Laughter & Light,

'Ronke

P.S. If you've been carrying the same thought for months, that's not indecision. That's an intention looking for a doorway. The bundle is one.
